We will be creating the accounts of the registered participants and those who have received conference grants, which will be used to access the platform. You will receive an email notification of your login credentials upon being registered. Check all inboxes icluding the spam folder to make sure you have received you credentials.

Click "My Sessions", which can be found on the navigation bar at the top of the page or on the home page right below the conference icons, to view all available sessions. You can also click one of the three Conference Icons on the home page to access the programme of that specific conference.

You need to obtain the Conference Completed Badge and "Survey Completed" Badge. Read the FAQ below on "What are conference badges?" to know more about the said badges.

Badges are obtained when a participant attends a conference session. There are different badges available in the Tri-Con platform, and obtaining those badges will allow you to get a certificate of participation.

• You will get a Session Badge after attending a conference session.

• You will be issued a Morning Badge by attending at least one morning session of your registered conference.

• You will be issued an Afternoon Badge by attending at least one afternoon session of your registered conference.

• You will obtain the Conference Completed Badge of your registered conference by completing the following:

  • "ICODeL Completed" Badge: complete the 2 morning badges (days 1-2) and 2 afternoon badges (days 1-2).

  • "ISEAC Completed" Badge: complete the 2 morning badges (days 1-2) and 1 afternoon badge (day 1).

  • "ASEANnale Completed" Badge: complete the 2 morning badges (days 1-2) and 1 afternoon badge (day 1).

  The Conference Completed Badge will give you access to the survey.

• You will get the "Survey Completed" Badge once you complete the survey. This badge, along with the Conference Completed Badge, will allow you to get your certificate of participation.

You need to obtain the Conference Completed Badge of your registered conference. Read the FAQ above on "What are conference badges?" to know more about the said badge.

At the top-right portion of the page, click the circle icon with your initials on it and an arrow (which looks like this: v) at the side, then select profile.

The Tri-Conference Committee will seek permission first from the speakers. Once approved, such materials will be uploaded in UPOU's open repository. More information will soon follow.
